Gilbert Rabbit

Get to Know Gilbert

Meet Gilbert, a thoughtful little bunny who can almost always be found with a book in his paws. He lives just down the street from the Bitsy Town library, where rumor has it he may have already read every single book on the shelves. When he’s not getting lost in a new story, you’ll probably find him enjoying a slice of his favorite food....pizza! Gilbert loves sharing adventures through books and believes every great story begins with a little imagination.

Bitsy Friends are tiny companions made for big imaginations.

At just 5 inches tall, each Bitsy Friend was designed to slip into little hands, dollhouses, pockets, and everyday adventures. They’re small enough to take along, but full of personality, with their own stories, favorite things, families, and places to call home in the little coastal world of Bitsy Town.

Created to inspire the kind of open-ended play that turns a cardboard box into a boat and a handful of scraps into something magical, Bitsy Friends are an invitation to imagine, make, collect, and play — together.

** Each doll is created in small batches, making every Gilbert Bunny slightly unique—just like the child who welcomes him home.
